All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
Important guest information:
- Drinking water: Water comes in from a drilled well and is great to drink. Bring drinking water if you are unaccustomed to rural water systems. We encourage guests to not bring single use plastic water bottles.
- Pillows, blankets and mattress protectors are provided.
- Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated in the listing.
- You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove all garbage and food when you check out, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
- Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
- BBQ Gas is provided.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.

Remember to bring:
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Toilet paper, paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information - please bring Clear Garbage Bags, there is no compost program - all compost goes into household, recycling is mandatory with details in the welcome book
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: $175.00 per stay plus HST
- Cleaning: $250.00 per stay plus HST
- Mandatory clean on departure service provided. Linens included! Guests are still required to leave the cottage tidy, all food removed, garbage and recycling properly sorted and taken to the landfill on departure.
- Linens: $0.00 per stay plus HST
- Indoor and outdoor towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels are included.
Optional Services
- Hot Tub Rental Fee: $600.00 per stay plus HST
- A hot tub can be arranged to be delivered prior to your stay, it is a rented hot tub as there is no permanent hot tub at the cottage.
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA, MC or Discover card for that.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.

The cottage was absolutely stunning with an amazing view. Went my favourite time of year, Autumn, and the fall colours didn't disappoint. Lots of amenities provided. I don't normally return to properties but this one I would definitely revisit in the future. Thank you.

Guest Comments: Cottage was wonderful-second booking and just as nice this year as last . One suggestion- would be nice to have 4 muskoka chairs at fire pit- we are only two but did have friends drop in one day and no seating available for 4 as only 3 chairs on ground level. Otherwise perfect and we have reserved again for next year!

The kitchen was very well equipped, the entire cottage was very clean, beds were comfortable and the screened-in sunroom was a great place to sit at dusk when the bugs like to come out. We stayed in June so the lake traffic was relatively quiet, as were any neighbors that came up. We were looking for a quiet week away and this location was perfect! Thank you!
