A beautifully appointed cottage nestled below the falls of Canning Lake, the water is deep and perfect for swimming.

In the cottage you will find a gorgeous 3-station kitchen where you can cook amazing meals. In the spacious living room that has two separate sections, there is plenty of room for everyone to play games, watch movies, read and relax.

There is comfortable accommodation for 5 in the three nicely decorated bedrooms and there is a pullout Queen sofa for 1 or 2 more. Bedroom 1 has a Queen, Bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom 3 has a futon bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower, plus a 2-piece washroom.

Outside, on the wrap-around deck, enjoy sunning, reading and BBQ'ing, or just relax and take it easy. There are concrete steps to navigate down the slope to a grassy landing with a picnic bench and a 10x10 dock where the water is deep and perfect for swimming.

Guarded by a dam on its north side and the Drag River to the south, enjoy a quiet canoe ride on this small lake and if you are adventurous, navigate the River for endless hours of exploration and fun. A canoe is provided for your use. Wake up to an early morning swim, jog or just laze with your coffee. Everything you need to relax is here.

• Pillows and blankets are provided.
• Bed, bath and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
• A starter supply of tissue, paper towel and toilet paper is provided - please replenish what you use.
• You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove the garbage when you check out. 
• BBQ Gas is provided

A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:

• Garbage information
• Location of cleaning supplies
• Power failure instructions
• Primary contact information

Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.

All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.

• Check in time is 4pm and check out is at 12pm.

You will need to bring proper size life jackets for everyone participating in water activities.
