This charming 3-bedroom year-round cottage is situated in a stand of tall pines on flat ground with lots of privacy and room to play on a quiet lake.  With south east exposure, a small sand beach and a dock that can accommodate your motor boat, this traditional cottage is great for a family vacation in cottage country.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is opened to the living and dining area for family gatherings to enjoy great meals, play games and watch movies on the Blu-ray / DVD player. The living room opens onto the large deck facing the lake.

There are 3 bedrooms in the cottage with one queen, 2 single beds and one set of bunks.  The bath has a tub and shower. 

The outside is wonderful, offering several vantage points to find your perfect sitting spot. The deck has chairs for relaxing, a gas BBQ and patio set for outside dining with seating. There is a swim raft and canoe for your enjoyment.

The year-round road comes to a dead end just beyond the cottage and is perfect for a nature lovers walk.

This cottage has lovely character and is clean and well maintained.  It is perfect for a family looking to experience and create cottage memories in these quiet, relaxing with all natural surroundings.

The town of Wilberforce is about 19 minutes away and has all the amenities for cottage living. There is a Foodland store, a gas station, restaurant, LCBO/beer store, pharmacy and Agnew's General Store. You can also enjoy many other attractions and experiences that are in the area, including a pleasurable day trip into South Algonquin Park on horseback or the arts and attractions in the Village of Haliburton, the exceptional mineral deposits in Bancroft and of course the Geocaching Capital of Canada’s #1 rated GeoTour centered in Wilberforce.  If you like to golf there is a course just around the corner at Martinwood Golf Course.

  • If you bring a boat, you can launch it onsite.
  • Pillows and blankets are provided.
  • Bed, bath and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own.
  • A starter supply of tissue, paper towel and toilet paper is provided - please replenish what you use.
  • You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove the garbage when you check out. 
  • BBQ Gas is provided

A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:

  • Garbage information
  • Location of cleaning supplies
  • Power failure instructions
  • Primary contact information

Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.

All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.

  • Check in time is 4pm and check out is at 12pm.

You will need to bring proper size life jackets for everyone participating in water activities.

The Owner appreciates you enjoying the cottage and we all hope you have a wonderful vacation.
