The grounds are really wonderful, offering several vantage points to find your perfect sitting spot. The deck at the cottage has chairs for relaxing, plus a teak patio set for outside dining with seating for six. The screen room in the bunkie also has a view of the lake, plus there is a dock and a boathouse with a roof-top deck which is perfect for sunning. A grassy play area provides room for games of bocce ball or badminton.
This cottage is situated on a gently sloping lot with lots of privacy in a cove at the end of the lake. There is a sand and granite shoreline with a swim area for the little ones. Guest Comments: Some general maintenance & repairs to the inside (kitchen floor is torn in a couple of places) are due to be made. Both vacuum cleaners need replacing /or repair - no suction even after filters cleaning. The one in the bunkie does not stay on. It is obvious that some repair work to the exterior has begun. Certainly this would not deter us from booking this cottage again.
