All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
Important guest information:
- Pillows and blankets are provided.
- Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
- You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove all garbage and food when you check out, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
- Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
- BBQ Gas is provided. BBQ brush is only to be used on a cold BBQ.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
- Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour’s property.

Remember to bring:
- Drinking water - Tap water is only used for cooking and bathing. Water is from the lake, please bring drinking water. We encourage guests to not bring single use plastic water bottles.
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Toilet paper, paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Service Fee: $120.00 per stay plus HST
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Service Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA or MC.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.

Guest Comments: This cottage was lovely and cozy and perfect for a week with two people (but had room for 3-4 more!). Everything was as advertised and expected. The lake was clean and inviting, the property is maintained beautifully by the owners. We will definitely look at booking it again next summer—perhaps for two weeks this time because it was just so hard to return home after only one week. We loved that our dog was welcome at this property (so many don't accept dogs!) and she highly recommends this cottage for other dogs (especially if they love to run and swim).

Guest Comments: We had a great time. The cottage was clean when we arrived and very comfortable. We used the canoe and inner tube as well as our. Windsurfers and a kayak (rental). The water and shoreline was lovely. comfy beds, lots of entertainment for rainy days. thankfully there were few of those. We hope to return again next year! The only negative were campers across the lake who would arrive in groups for a night or two and often blast thier music but not a huge deal…. Perhaps a discussion for the cottage residents association nearby.
