This newly renovated cottage is located on a 5-lake chain within a 10 minute drive to Haliburton or Minden, in the Haliburton Highlands of Ontario.  Located on Lake Kashagawigamog, enjoy many comfort features nestled amongst the trees for plenty of privacy.

The open concept main floor kitchen, dining and living room areas is great for family bonding, games and dining.  The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals including a dish washer and just outside the living room on the deck is the BBQ.  The living room has satellite TV and DVD player.  Wifi is also included. The deck off the living room or the deck down at the shore are great relaxation stations.

 The cottage has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 adults and 1 child.  The Master has a 2 piece ensuite bathroom. There is also a full 4-piece bathroom and laundry machines.

 The cottage is situated on a ridge of mature trees and has a sitting deck and dock at the shore.  There is a fire pit with room for  you to gather around for S’mores and campfire songs while you gaze at the stars and listen to the loons.  At the dock, you can enjoy swimming, fishing and paddling in the kayak or canoe that is provided for your use.  The 5 lake chain has Bass, Walleye, Musky and other varieties if you enjoy fishing.

 Just 10 minutes away is downtown Haliburton where you can find all amenities such as boat rentals, local attractions, many shops, restaurants, large food stores, LCBO, beer store, pharmacies, hardware, hospital and clinics, etc.  There are golf courses, walking trails, attractions and experience packages of all kinds.  Our renowned local art and culture is right here to explore and enjoy!  Why go anywhere else?

• Bed, bath and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
• A starter supply of tissue, paper towel and toilet paper is provided - please replenish what you use.
• You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove the garbage when you check out unless otherwise arranged during the booking process. 
• BBQ Gas is provided

A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:

• Garbage information - Dump card
• Location of cleaning supplies
• Power failure instructions
• Primary contact information

Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.

• Check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am.

You will need to bring proper size life jackets for everyone participating in water activities.

Campfire wood is not provided, please purchase locally.
