This uniquely European styled cottage is very private with a wonderful mix of traditional cottage charm with modern amenities. The cottage is available year round for weekly summer vacations, or shorter Spring, Fall and Winter getaways.

Large dining room with wood stove and comfortable living room with Satellite TV and WiFi. The open kitchen allows for inclusive meal prep.  Three bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family of up to 8 enjoy a comfortable vacation.

The large upper deck and a lower deck offer beautiful views of the forest and lake. An upper level fire pit area for cozy evenings of star gazing and toasting marshmallows.  The property is tiered, with stone steps from the upper level to a grassy terrace then wooden steps to the shoreline with a dock and chairs. Entry to the lake is off the dock or in the shallow shoreline with a clay sand bottom.

Summer or Winter, this easily accessed family retreat is very close to everything Haliburton has to offer and here are a few things to know about our area:

Review of R. N.'s stay in Feb 2019

Guest Comments: Used Bluebird Cottage on Kashagawigamog Lake. Place is superb. Owner came prior our arrival and heated up the place. Also, I must say, cottage is advertised as for 6 .... but I think it can be posted as 10 easily. Need to check it out at summer time for sure. Thank you. Roman

CCR Reply: Thank you Roman for staying with us at Bluebird cottage, hope your ice fishing was successful! You were a fabulous guest and more than welcome to return in the summer!
