Welcome to Irene's Pride. Here your 3 generation family can enjoy 120 feet of sandy shoreline in a quiet bay with an expansive lake view and amazing sunsets from the shore… or you can take it all in from the spacious covered porch on the top level of the Cottage. This beautiful property is flat, grassy and well treed for privacy and shade when you want it. There are several water toys to enjoy and the gentle sloping shore allows you to walk out on the hard sand to the swim raft and water carpet for the kids. There is also a paddle boat for your enjoyment.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home. The spacious clean and bright kitchen has plenty of counter space, ample cupboards and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The dining area is large enough for everyone to gather at the table for mealtime or games night. The adjoining family room has a TV with internet connection for Netflix and general internet access for added enjoyment.
This very clean, dry cottage has 4 large bedrooms each with a Queen bed. In the walk-out basement, you will find a pool table, shuffle board and ping pong table for added fun.
There's no shortage of memory making activities at this family retreat! Explore near-by nature trails that are maintained by the municipality of Highland East. Head out in the paddle boat and try to hook a bass or just relax on the dock knowing the kids can safely enter the water and play. At night, enjoy roasting marshmallows at the fire pit while you take in the sounds of the wildlife and listen to the gentle movement of the water.
