- Fun Fact: Little Bay cottage has been enjoyed by the family for generations, first built by Uncle Jim and Aunt Dot - Dot's favourite colour was pink, the brighter the better, and the more the better...most of the pink has since gone, but if you look hard you may catch a glimpse of her whimsy.
- Flat grassy lot leading to a point with a dock, swimming is enjoyed inside the dock area or past the band of water plants just past the dock.

All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
Important guest information:
- Pillows, blankets and bed linens are provided.
- Toilet paper for guest stays is provided.
- Indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own.
- You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove all garbage and food when you check out.
- Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
- BBQ Gas is provided.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage or property.

Remember to bring:
- Drinking water is from a well, it is tested monthly and great for drinking
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information - please bring Clear Garbage Bags, there is no compost program - all compost goes into household, recycling is mandatory with details in the welcome book
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Service Fee: $200.00 per stay plus HST
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Service Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA or MC.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.

And the owners were very down to earth friendly people. Might of had something to do with the fact that the owner knew of my late Brother in law, after we introduced ourselves. Guest Comments: I would have preferred a tv so as to keep up with the news or watch something when we didn't want to read. Other than my friend could not go into the water, it was too stony for her, the cottage and everything else was great. The AC didn't work but we didn't care, it was cool enough with the fans. The cottage owner was very nice and helpful when she had to come to reprieve articles the previous renters had left behind. All in all the cottage was beautiful and comfortable and the area was quiet and peaceful. The lake is big and clean. We would love to go back again if they had a tv and a way for non swimmers to get into the water.
