There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Service Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA, MC or Discover card for that.

Guest Comments: Perhaps a suggestion to the owner to move to LED lighting for efficiency. We have some young kids with us and we leave a few lights on at night, but are conscious of energy consumption/efficiency.
