Experience your lakeside vacation at Bay View on Big Glamor Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. 

Enjoy the level grassy lot at the waterfront. Bay View features two living room areas, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one sleeping area in the lower area. Large eat-in kitchen, full bar in the lower level and many areas to gather. Enjoy this beautiful lakeside vacation cottage and create memories to last a lifetime.

Three generation families will find ease in gathering at meal times around the large harvest table; enjoy stories, games and movies in the comfortably appointed living rooms; spend hours on the expansive deck, dock and shoreline.

Entering the main level, you will find a fully equipped eat in kitchen, with both propane and charcoal BBQ’s close by on the deck, propane is supplied please bring charcoal. Large living room with Satellite TV, wifi, comfortable leather seating and beautiful views of the lake from inside or on the expansive full length deck.

The master bedroom with king bed, the second and third bedrooms have queens. A full 4-piece bathroom completes the main level.

The lower level features the second living room, full bar, sleeping area bathroom with shower stall and laundry facilities. Entry into too large screened porch with dining table.

Western facing for stunning sunsets, enjoy the large fire pit area, two kayaks and row boat. The property boasts 190 feet of water front in a bay, with 36 acres of forest.

Big Glamor is a premier lake, on a 2-lake chain and offers amazing boating and fishing opportunities, Rainbow and lake trout, small mouth bass and perch. There is natural vegetation at the shore and in the bay. Swimming is best off the dock and further out where there are no weeds.

A small boat can be launched from the property; larger boats use the boat launch off Ursa Road, there is a rowboat and two kayaks for your use, please bring properly fitted life jackets for anyone enjoying water activities.

Haliburton is just 20 minutes away where you can find all amenities such as boat rentals, local attractions, many shops, restaurants, large food stores, LCBO, beer store, pharmacies, hardware, hospital and clinics, etc.  There are golf courses, walking trails, attractions and experience packages of all kinds.  Our renowned local art and culture is right here to explore and enjoy!  Why go anywhere else.

• Bed, bath and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own.
• A starter supply of tissue, paper towel and toilet paper is provided - please replenish what you use.
• You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove the garbage when you check out.
• BBQ Gas is provided.
• You are responsible to bring proper sized life jackets for everyone planning to enjoy water activities.
• BBQ gas is provided.  You will need to bring or purchase locally additional Toilette Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex for your use and to supplement the starter supply for the next Guests.
• All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
• Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Outdoor:

The hot tub can be added to your stay for an additional charge. Please bring charcoal for the Charcoal BBQ. Propane is provided.

Boat launch is at the end of Glamor Lake Road at the dam between Big and Little Glamor.
