A Lily Pad is secured to the dock.
The shoreline is very shallow which extends out approx 150 feet to a raft where the water is deeper, swimming is from the swim raft only. The dock area is comprised of a large shoreline platform and a 30' dock extending into the lake.
Outdoor games also include: Volleyball net, Corn Hole, Ladderball etc. Plus 4 x Paddle Boats, 2 SUPs (1 adult, 1 youth), 4 kayaks (2 adult, 2 sit on youth) Paddles for all. *Guests MUST bring their own Life Jackets*

All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
Important guest information:
- Drinking water is from a well and runs through a filtration system, it is excellent for drinking.
- Pillows and blankets are provided.
- Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated on the listing.
- You will need to clean the cottage and grounds as well as remove all garbage and food when you check out, unless otherwise arranged during the booking process.
- Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
- BBQ Gas is provided.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
- Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour’s property.

- There is a scheduled lawn cutting service every Friday (weather dependant) from roughly 10am-11am.
Remember to bring:
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Toilet paper, paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- Firewood - If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
- Clear garbage bags ONLY
A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: $175.00 per stay plus HST
- Security Deposit: $500.00 per stay
- The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days after the check-out date if there is no damage, extra cleaning or garbage removal required. See Terms & Conditions for further details.
Optional Services
- Cleaning: $250.00 per stay plus HST
- Guests may purchase the cleaning option prior to final payment. Guests are still required to leave the cottage tidy, with all food and garbage/recycling removed.
- Linens: $250.00 per stay plus HST
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA or MC.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.

Guest Comments: We had a wonderful time and would recommend Cottage Care . Will be looking next year to book again . We suggest that you let guest know about clear garbage bags for that area . We took all white and black to use so we had to go out and buy clear . Also found it a little difficult to do recycling as it was full from guests before us and cardboard did not get picked up the Monday after arrival. Ended up bringing sticky/ stinky garbage home . That was the ONLY thing , everything else was great .
